Tower of London £1 Ticket Scheme

Up to six tickets can be reserved and paid for online but must be collected from the Ticket Office on the day of your visit.

The scheme is open to UK recipients of the following benefits:

Universal or Pension Credit

Working Tax or Child Tax Credit

Employment and Support Allowance

Income Support

Jobseeker’s Allowance

To collect your tickets from the Ticket Office, it is essential that you bring with you:

Proof of your eligibility (Universal Credit app statement or printed statement, HMRC letter confirming Working Tax Credit/Child Tax Credit, DWP letter for Pension Credit, Employment Support Allowance, Income Support or Jobseeker’s allowance)

Proof of ID to check that the person who booked the tickets is present (e.g. a utility bill, bank statement, work ID)

Your reservation – this is a PDF that you can download and will be emailed to you when you complete your booking.

Children under 5 do not need a ticket and enter free.
